Getting out and about should never be a barrier. Whether it’s a medical appointment, a day at work, a social outing or simply running errands, our team helps you travel safely and confidently so you can stay connected to your community and the people and places you love.
Our support workers are trained to assist with every part of the journey, including help with mobility equipment, transfers, wheelchairs and stair lifts. We plan ahead, take the stress out of getting there, and make sure you arrive safely and on time.
What is Assistance with Travel & Transport?
This support helps participants who find it difficult to travel independently because of their disability. It can include a support worker accompanying you on your journey, helping you use transport safely, and assisting with mobility equipment along the way to appointments, work, activities or community events.

Yes. Our support workers are trained to assist with wheelchairs, transfers, stairs and lifts, so every part of the journey is safe and comfortable.
Yes, where that's the support you need. A worker can accompany you for the whole journey, helping you get there and back safely.
It can though transport funding (which covers the cost of travel) and support during travel are sometimes funded differently within a plan. As a registered NDIS provider, we'll help you understand what's included in yours.
