Community Nursing
Community Nursing brings professional clinical care to you — in your own home or in the community, rather than in a hospital. Our registered nurses deliver skilled, compassionate care that supports your health and helps you stay safe, comfortable and independent where you live.
From medication support and wound care to ongoing health monitoring, our nurses work closely with you, your family and your support workers to keep everything joined up. You get expert clinical care — without the stress of travelling to appointments.
What is Community Nursing?
Community Nursing is clinical care delivered by qualified nurses outside a hospital setting — usually in your home or community. For NDIS participants, it bridges everyday disability support and health care, covering tasks that need a nurse’s training and oversight. Our nurses can also train and supervise your support workers to safely deliver certain high-intensity supports day to day.
- Care from registered, qualified nurses — in your home or community
- Support with medication, wound care, continence and health monitoring
- Coordinated care that keeps your nurses, family and support team aligned
Committed to expert care, close to home
As a registered NDIS provider, we bring skilled clinical care to where you live built around your health, your goals and your comfort.
